Khaled Stainless, based in Cairo, Egypt, specializes in providing top-notch Stainless Steel 410S pipes designed for applications that need moderate corrosion resistance, solid weldability, and outstanding oxidation performance. These pipes are crafted from certified 410S alloy using either seamless or welded production techniques and are subjected to rigorous dimensional, mechanical, and visual inspections. The low-carbon version of 410, Stainless Steel 410S, reduces hardening during welding, enhancing ductility and stability at high temperatures. Khaled Stainless offers a variety of pipes in different schedules, diameters, and finishes, complete with mill test certificates and traceability, catering to the petrochemical, furnace, automotive, fabrication, and general industrial sectors both locally and internationally.
Stainless Steel 410S is a ferritic chromium alloy that contains about 11.5–13.5% chromium, very low carbon (≤0.08%), along with trace amounts of manganese and silicon. The low carbon content helps prevent martensite formation during welding, which boosts ductility and reduces the risk of cracking. Typical mechanical properties include a tensile strength of around 380–550 MPa, yield strength of about 205–350 MPa, and elongation of roughly 20–30%, depending on the product form and whether it’s been annealed. Hardness usually falls between 150–190 HB. It provides good oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures and moderate corrosion resistance in mild environments. The material comes with mill test certificates and optional NDT reports.

We ensures the highest quality for stainless steel 410S pipe through rigorous testing and certification programs. Each pipe is subjected to detailed inspection, including mechanical testing, chemical analysis and design testing. Our products are certified to meet international standards, ensuring reliability, durability and meeting customer specifications and industry standards.
410S Square Pipes offer moderate corrosion resistance and are suitable for structural applications. Common sizes range from 20×20 mm to 150×150 mm. They are used in architectural and industrial projects requiring aesthetics and strength.
410S Seamless Pipes provide good corrosion resistance with smooth, uniform surfaces. Sizes typically range from 1/8 inch to 12 inches in diameter. These pipes are ideal for high-pressure applications and offer high strength and durability.
410S ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Pipes are moderately resistant to corrosion and suitable for various structural uses. They are available in sizes from 1 inch to 24 inches in diameter and are commonly used in pipelines and construction.
410S LSAW (Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welded) Pipes feature good corrosion resistance and are used in high-pressure environments. They come in sizes from 12 inches to 100 inches in diameter, ideal for large-scale industrial applications.
410S Round Pipes offer moderate corrosion resistance and are available in diameters ranging from 1/8 inch to 12 inches. They are commonly used in structural and mechanical applications requiring strength and durability.
410S Welded Pipes provide moderate corrosion resistance and are used in various industrial applications. Sizes generally range from 1/2 inch to 24 inches in diameter. They are preferred for their cost-effectiveness and versatility in different environments.
Stainless Steel 410S pipes are ideal for situations where heat resistance, formability, and weldability are crucial, but extreme corrosion resistance isn’t necessary. You’ll find these pipes in a variety of applications, including furnace parts, heat exchanger tubing, automotive exhaust components, burner tubes, and systems in refineries and petrochemicals. They’re also used for annealing covers, ducting, ventilation lines, and general fabrication. Their ability to resist scaling and oxidation makes them a reliable choice for many industrial needs.
