Khaled Stainless, located in Cairo, Egypt, is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 347 nuts, designed for high-temperature and corrosion-resistant fastening needs. These specially stabilized stainless steel nuts are crafted with precise threading, ensuring accurate dimensions and consistent mechanical properties, which guarantees reliable performance even under thermal and corrosive stress. Khaled Stainless provides SS 347 nuts to industries like petrochemicals, refineries, power generation, and heavy engineering, where standard austenitic fasteners just can’t hold up at high temperatures. With certified raw materials, a clean surface finish, and reliable stock availability, Khaled Stainless meets critical bolting needs with proven dependability.
Stainless Steel 347 is a niobium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel that contains about 17–19% chromium and 9–13% nickel, with controlled amounts of niobium added to prevent chromium carbide precipitation. The carbon content is typically kept below 0.08%. The usual mechanical properties of SS 347 nuts include a tensile strength of around 515–750 MPa, yield strength of about 205–310 MPa, and an elongation of roughly 30–40%, depending on how they’re manufactured. This alloy is known for its excellent toughness, strong resistance to intergranular corrosion, and stable mechanical performance at elevated service temperatures.

We provide our customer with a high-quality stainless Steel 347 Nut with full transparency. All the products carry necessary documentations, which are commercial invoice packing list fumigation certificate; heat treatment chart of a test report from NABL-approved laboratory’s We also give EN10204 /3.1-b material test, PMI, and a report on radiography of 100%, along with our Third Party inspection report, to enable full documentation by which client can achieve complete satisfaction.
Stainless Steel 347 nuts are ideal for fastening systems that face high temperatures and corrosive environments. You’ll commonly find them in applications like refinery piping, furnaces, boilers, heat exchangers, exhaust systems, petrochemical reactors, power plant equipment, and thermal processing units. Thanks to the niobium stabilization, SS 347 is particularly well-suited for continuous use in temperatures ranging from 425–870°C, where non-stabilized grades like 304 may struggle to perform reliably.
