Khaled Stainless, based in Cairo, Egypt, supplies high-temperature Stainless Steel 330 pipes designed for extreme heat, oxidation, and carburizing environments. Manufactured with strict dimensional accuracy, smooth internal finishes, and certified metallurgy, SS 330 pipes are engineered for thermal stability and long service life under severe industrial conditions. Khaled Stainless provides 330 pipes to furnace manufacturers, petrochemical plants, heat-treating facilities, and power-generation units where ordinary stainless steels cannot withstand prolonged high-temperature exposure. With full material traceability, consistent quality, and reliable delivery schedules, Khaled Stainless ensures dependable piping solutions for demanding thermal and high-stress applications.
Stainless Steel 330 is a nickel-chromium austenitic alloy containing approximately 33–37% nickel, 17–20% chromium, and controlled carbon and silicon additions to enhance oxidation and carburization resistance. The alloy maintains structural stability at extreme temperatures. Typical mechanical properties include tensile strength around 550–750 MPa, yield strength approximately 205–310 MPa, and elongation of 35–45%, depending on condition. SS 330 provides excellent creep strength, outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance, and reliable performance in cyclic thermal environments where standard austenitic grades fail.

Stainless 330 Square Pipes are square-shaped pipes made from 330 stainless steel, offering high-temperature resistance, durability, and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for structural and industrial applications in harsh environments.
SS 330 Seamless Pipes are made from 330 stainless steel without welded seams, providing exceptional high-temperature resistance, strength, and durability for demanding industrial applications and environments with extreme heat.
Stainless Steel 330 ERW Pipes are electric resistance welded pipes made from 330 stainless steel, offering high-temperature resistance, durability, and strength, ideal for industrial applications exposed to extreme heat.
SS 317 LSAW pipe is longitudinally submerged arc welded pipes made of 317 stainless steel, which provide excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and durability for high pressure applications
Stainless Steel 330 Round Pipes are cylindrical pipes made from 330 stainless steel, known for exceptional heat resistance, durability, and strength, suitable for high-temperature and demanding industrial applications.
Stainless Steel 330 Welded Pipes are pipes made from 330 stainless steel, joined by welding. They offer excellent high-temperature resistance, strength, and durability for various industrial and high-heat applications.
SS 330 pipes are used in severe high-temperature applications requiring resistance to oxidation, carburization, and thermal shock. Common uses include furnace tubes, heat-treating equipment, petrochemical heater coils, reformer tubes, kiln components, radiant tubes, exhaust systems, incinerators, and high-temperature conveying lines in metallurgy and ceramics industries. These pipes are preferred for continuous service above 900–1100°C, where 310, 316, and 304 grades rapidly degrade. SS 330 maintains strength, surface stability, and resistance to scaling under extreme heat, making it a top choice for long-cycle thermal processes and high-temperature industrial equipment.
