Khaled Stainless, based in Cairo, Egypt, specializes in crafting precision-forged Stainless Steel 321/321H fittings designed for high-demand, high-temperature piping systems. Our range includes forged elbows, tees, reducers, and caps, all made from certified 321 or 321H alloy billets. We use controlled forging, precision machining, and rigorous dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with ASTM/ASME standards. Each fitting comes with mill test certificates, heat identification, and batch traceability. The titanium-stabilized metallurgy effectively resists intergranular corrosion post-welding, while the 321H variant offers enhanced creep and tensile performance at elevated temperatures. We provide both standard and custom pressure classes, end preparations, and optional NDT and third-party inspections for critical projects.
Stainless Steel 321 is an austenitic chromium-nickel alloy (approximately 17–19% Cr, 9–12% Ni) that’s stabilized with titanium to prevent carbide precipitation, while keeping carbon levels low for overall stability. The 321H variant has a higher carbon content, making it ideal for applications that require increased high-temperature strength and creep resistance, all while maintaining titanium stabilization to prevent sensitization. Typical mechanical properties for our forged fitting stock include tensile strength ranging from 500 to 700 MPa, yield strength around 205 to 275 MPa, and elongation exceeding 40% in the annealed state; hardness usually falls between 150 and 200 HB, depending on processing. All materials come with certification and traceability.

At Khaled Stainless, each stainless steel 321/321H forged fitting undergoes rigorous testing for excellent quality and performance. Our products are certified to meet international standards, including ISO and ASTM. Tests include material authentication, water testing and non-destructive analysis to ensure durability, reliability and compliance for critical industrial applications around the world.
These fittings, available in sizes from 1/8″ to 4″, are designed for high-pressure applications with socket weld connections. They offer excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion due to their high chromium and nickel content. Ideal for elevated temperature environments.
Threaded fittings in 321 stainless steel come in sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 6″. They provide superior resistance to intergranular corrosion, making them suitable for high-temperature and pressure applications. The threaded design ensures a secure, leak-proof connection.
This 45-degree elbow, available from 1/2″ to 4″, is used to change the direction of piping. It maintains high corrosion resistance and strength under elevated temperatures, making it suitable for critical, high-stress applications.
The threaded tee, with sizes from 1/8″ to 6″, allows for branch connections at a 90-degree angle. It is designed for high resistance to heat and corrosive environments, ensuring reliability and durability in demanding conditions.
Available in sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 4″, this half coupling provides a secure connection between two pipes. It is crafted to withstand oxidation and corrosion, making it ideal for high-temperature applications.
The socket weld cross, available from 1/2″ to 4″, connects four pipes at right angles. It features high resistance to thermal and chemical stresses, ensuring long-lasting performance in extreme conditions.
Stainless Steel 321/321H forged fittings are the go-to choice for applications involving welded joints, thermal cycling, and prolonged exposure to high temperatures. Common uses include piping in refineries and petrochemical plants, heat exchangers, steam and boiler systems, as well as furnace and kiln lines, and offshore or marine applications that require welded assemblies. The 321 grade is suitable for general high-temperature service, while 321H is preferred when higher creep strength at sustained temperatures is essential.
