Khaled Stainless, based in Cairo, specializes in providing Stainless Steel 316L fasteners that are designed for reliable performance in challenging, corrosive, and wet environments. Our products are crafted from certified 316L bar stock, featuring precise threading, controlled hardness, and strict dimensional tolerances. We offer a full range of bolts, nuts, washers, and studs, complete with material traceability and batch test documentation. Whether you need standard or custom sizes, optional passivation, or tailored packaging for project delivery, Khaled Stainless has you covered. Our fasteners are trusted by EPC contractors, refineries, desalination plants, and marine fabricators, ensuring dependable joint integrity even in the face of chloride exposure, moisture, and chemical attacks—without the hefty price tag of higher alloys when they aren’t necessary.
Stainless Steel 316L is a low-carbon austenitic alloy that contains about 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum, with carbon levels kept to ≤0.03% to reduce sensitization. The mechanical properties of fasteners can vary based on manufacturing and cold work processes: tensile strength typically ranges from ~480–760 MPa, yield strength from ~170–310 MPa, and elongation is around ~30–40%. 316L is known for its excellent toughness, good ductility, and strong resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-rich environments, along with reliable weldability. Fasteners can be provided in an annealed state for optimal corrosion resistance or work-hardened for increased strength when assembly requirements call for it.

SS 316L Bolts offer Outstanding corrosion resistance, ideal for marine and chemical environments. Common sizes range from M6 to M36, with various lengths and head styles, including hex, socket, and carriage bolts.
Superior corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments. Standard sizes include M6 to M36, with lengths typically ranging from 1 meter to 3 meters. Available in fully threaded or partially threaded versions.
Excellent corrosion resistance, especially in saltwater environments. Available in sizes from M2.5 to M20, with various head types such as pan, flat, hex, and lengths tailored to specific applications.
Great corrosion resistance, commonly used with 316L fasteners. Standard sizes range from M3 to M36, with various types, including flat, spring, and lock washers, suitable for distributing load and preventing loosening.
The SS 316L Fasteners undergoes quality inspection at all stages of production. The fasteners are made under the rigorous gaze of a high-quality control team that controls the entire process to even compromise failure at any point. Right from the first step till the very last, all the guidelines about the manufacturing of these fasteners are well followed. These fasteners are designed according to national and international quality parameters and have to face lengthy tests by our quality controllers for superior quality and high performance.
316L fasteners are the go-to choice when corrosion resistance and hygiene are paramount, even more so than ultra-high strength. They are ideal for use in seawater-exposed assemblies, chemical and petrochemical plants, desalination and water-treatment systems, offshore platforms, as well as food and pharmaceutical equipment, pumps, heat exchangers, and coastal infrastructure. These fasteners are commonly used for flange bolting, pipe supports, hygienic process fittings, and marine hardware, where reliability is essential.
