This unique composition provides outstanding oxidation and scaling resistance at elevated temperatures, along with good creep strength. Mechanical properties can vary based on the condition, but generally, tensile strength falls within the 515–750 MPa range, yield strength hovers around 205–310 MPa, and elongation is approximately 30–40%. Bolts can be supplied either annealed or solution-treated; for extended high-temperature use, it’s advisable to consider suitable heat treatment and fastener design to prevent creep-related loosening.
