Our team understands the specific demands of the regional market, ensuring you receive consistent, high-performance electrodes backed by expert technical support right here at home.
The E410-16 electrode is designed to produce a weld metal with a martensitic stainless steel structure. Its composition is primarily chromium, around 11.5% to 13.5%, which gives it good corrosion resistance. In terms of strength, welds made with these rods are quite robust, offering high tensile and yield strength. It’s important to note that due to the hardenable nature of the weld metal, proper pre-heating and post-weld heat treatment are often recommended to achieve optimal toughness and avoid cracking.
