Khaled Stainless, based in Cairo, specializes in providing Stainless Steel 316L nuts that are designed for reliable, corrosion-resistant fastening in tough process and marine environments. These nuts are machined from certified 316L bar stock, ensuring precise thread forms, controlled tolerances, and a clean surface finish. We guarantee full material traceability and batch testing. Whether you need standard or special thread sizes, we also offer optional passivation and custom packaging for your project deliveries. Khaled Stainless is here to support EPC contractors, refineries, desalination plants, and offshore projects with dependable stock, quick fulfillment, and expert guidance to help you choose the right materials for long-lasting joint integrity, especially in environments with chloride exposure and wet service.
316L is a low-carbon austenitic stainless alloy that typically contains about 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum, with carbon kept to ≤0.03% to reduce the risk of sensitization. For fasteners, the usual mechanical properties include tensile strength in the range of ~480–760 MPa, yield strength around 170–310 MPa, and elongation of about 35–40%, depending on the level of cold work. 316L is known for its excellent toughness, good ductility, and strong resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-rich environments, along with reliable weldability. Nuts can be provided either annealed or slightly cold-worked to meet specific strength or assembly needs.

A corrosion-resistant product, Stainless Steel 316L heavy hex nuts are available in sizes from M10 to M48. Their increased thickness and durability make them suitable for heavy-duty and high-temperature applications in harsh environments.
A corrosion-resistant product, Stainless Steel 316L square nuts offer a larger contact surface and come in sizes from M6 to M30. They are ideal for applications requiring reliable performance and stability in aggressive environments.
Khaled Stainless presents high quality material with rigorous test procedures. Each product including the Stainless Steel 316L Nuts goes through rigorous checks in the form of hardness tests, chemical analysis via spectro analysis, PMI tests, tensile tests, micro and macro structural tests, pitting resistance and IGC testing. Our tests ensure excellent material performance. In addition to quality, we provide all documents necessary, including commercial invoices, packaging lists with net and gross weights, box numbers, labels, and a Certificate of Origin legalized or attested by the Chamber of Commerce or Embassy. Furthermore, our Third-Party Inspection Certificate guarantees complete customer satisfaction in terms of price and delivery of our Stainless Steel 316L Nuts.
316L nuts are commonly used in bolted joints that are exposed to seawater, salt spray, and corrosive process fluids. You’ll find them in applications like flange bolting in chemical and petrochemical plants, desalination and water-treatment systems, offshore platforms, marine assemblies, pumps, heat exchangers, and hygienic processing equipment in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Their low-carbon composition makes them particularly suitable for situations where welding or heat exposure demands corrosion-resistant bolting. For extremely high-temperature
